Return & Refund Policy

At Mikano Store, we sell digital products only. No physical items are shipped.

Because our products are delivered electronically and are typically available for instant access after purchase, all sales are generally final and we do not accept returns or routine refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to read the product description.

1. Digital product nature

  • All products sold on Mikano Store are digital downloads or digital-access products. This means:

    • nothing is shipped by post

    • no physical return is possible

    • access may be delivered immediately after purchase

2. No returns on digital downloads

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns once a product has been purchased and delivered or made available for download/access.

3. When we may offer help, replacement, or a refund

We want things to be fair, not robotic. If there is a real problem, contact us and we will review it.

We may offer a replacement file, store credit, or refund in cases such as:

  • you were charged more than once for the same order

  • the file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened as described

  • you did not receive the download/access and we cannot resolve the issue

  • the product delivered is materially different from the product description

  • a technical error on our side caused the order to fail or duplicate

We’ll still help:

  • If you purchased the wrong file by mistake or experienced a technical issue (corrupt file, duplicate order), email marketing@mikano.store within 14 days and we’ll replace the file or refund if we can’t resolve the issue.

4. What is not eligible for refund

Refunds will normally not be issued for:

  • change of mind

  • ordering the wrong item by mistake

  • not having the required software, app, or knowledge to use the file where this was clear in the listing

  • expecting a printed or physical product when the listing clearly states it is digital

  • minor color differences caused by monitor, device, printer, paper, or ink settings

  • failure to read the product description, file format, sizing, or usage notes before purchase

5. Requesting support

If you have a problem with your order, contact us at marketing@mikano.store within 14 days of purchase and include:

  • your order number

  • the email used at checkout

  • a short description of the issue

  • screenshots, if helpful

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.

6. Download responsibility

It is your responsibility to save and back up your files after download where applicable. If you have trouble accessing your purchase, contact us and we will do our best to help.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly. Filing a fraudulent chargeback after successfully receiving digital goods may lead to suspension of future access or purchases.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
