Return & Refund Policy

Welcome! We want returns to be simple and fair. This page explains exactly how to start a return, how refunds work, and which items are eligible. It covers both our physical products (canvas prints, mugs, tote bags, T‑shirts) and our digital products (printable downloads).

Return window: 30 days from delivery (physical items).
Return method: By mail (we’ll provide instructions after you start a return).
Return shipping cost:
Change of mind / wrong size: You cover return postage.
Damaged/defective/incorrect item: We cover return postage or send a prepaid label.
Refund method: Back to your original payment method.
Refund timing: We issue refunds within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the return; your bank/card may take additional time to post it.
Exchanges: Yes—stock permitting. For size/color swaps, start a return and select Exchange.
Digital products: Non‑returnable once delivered. See exceptions below.

Your statutory rights are not affected. If you are in the EU/UK, distance‑selling rules may grant additional rights.
What’s eligible to return (physical items)
Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and (where applicable) in the original packaging.
Eligible examples:
Unused apparel with tags
Unused tote bags
Unopened mugs
Canvas prints in original packaging
Not eligible (unless faulty):
Items showing wear, washing, or use
Items missing parts or packaging
Custom/personalized items (unless damaged/defective on arrival)
Digital products (printable downloads)
Because access is delivered immediately, digital products are not returnable once the download link is sent or account access is granted.
We’ll still help:
If you purchased the wrong file by mistake or experienced a technical issue (corrupt file, duplicate order), email help@mikano.store within 14 days and we’ll replace the file or refund if we can’t resolve the issue.
How to start a return or exchange (physical items)
Email us: help@mikano.store with your order number, item(s), and reason (exchange/return).
We reply with instructions (and a prepaid label if it’s our fault—damaged/defective/incorrect item).
Pack securely and ship within 14 days of approval.
Keep your tracking receipt.
Once received and inspected, we refund within 2 business days or ship your exchange.
Please don’t ship anything back before receiving return authorization, as we use multiple fulfillment locations.
Costs & fees
Change‑of‑mind returns: You pay return postage. Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable.
Defective/damaged/incorrect items: We cover return postage and refund any original shipping fees.
Restocking fees: None.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent:
Take clear photos of the packaging and item.
Contact help@mikano.store within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll offer a free replacement or full refund.
Exchanges (size/color)
Start a return as above and select Exchange.
Exchanges are processed as a return and a new shipment. If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
International returns (outside your shipping region)
The same 30‑day window applies.
Duties/taxes paid at delivery are set by your local customs and are not refundable by us. You may be able to claim them back from your local authority.
Order cancellations
You can request cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order or until fulfillment begins, whichever comes first. After that, please follow the returns process.
Late or missing refunds
Banks and card issuers can take 3–10 business days to post a refund after we process it.
If it’s been more than 10 business days since our confirmation, contact your bank/card. If you still need help, email help@mikano.store .
